PENSACOLA, FL – In a game dominated by pitching, the Biloxi Shuckers (45-46, 15-9) fell to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos (51-41, 13-11), 4-3 in 11 innings at Blue Wahoos Stadium on Thursday night. The Game of Life: College Edition Carrying on
This summer has definitely been one for the books, and it’s not over yet. I have definitely been learning how to go with the flow since I have been traveling all over the southeast, with my breaks being filled with my graduate classes and TA work. That being said, I just finished my last tournament with the team I coach for the summer, and it really hit me that summer is coming to a close. As I carry on into the fall, I will have a more fixed schedule focused more on softball (playing it, not coaching) and more hands-on thesis work. I will also be attending a conference for the Student Athletic Advisory Committee representing UWF, so that is something else to look forward to.
