Victory church pastor Rodney Locklear has been indicted. The Richmond Times Dispatch reports that a Virginia church has closed its doors, but not for the same reasons other congregations in the Commonwealth have been shuttered. It was not a declining or aging congregation or financial matters. Victory church has ceased to exist because the pastor has been accused of s$x crimes against a minor and now faces six additional charges.
