MASSILLON – A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) has been flowing in recent days, just in time for summer activities that draw people to downtown. You can now carry cups with beer, wine or a mixed drink within a specific outdoor region. Multiple city walkways downtown and Duncan Plaza are included within the more than 36-acre boundary in Massillon. Veterans Park is excluded.
