When a woman parked her car at home Monday, a man allegedly approached her with a gun and fired multiple shots at her, the V.I. Police Department reported. Clark R. McKinnon, age 77, of Grafton, passed away on Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at Unity Medical Center of Grafton. Clark Roger McKinnon was born Sept. 18, 1946, in Grand Forks, the son of the late Robert and Julette ( Jacobson) McKinnon. He moved to Life Skills and Transition Center in Grafton in 1954 and in March to a home with REM – North Dakota.
