CHICO, Calif. - Chico police tracked down a man who, they say, pulled a gun and rammed another driver’s car in Chico Wednesday night. Officers arrested Joseph Cummisky, 23, of Oroville, at Cohasset Road and Parmac Avenue around 9:45 p.m. That was more than two hours after a violent confrontation.
