Escaped federal prisoner arrested near Versailles
VERSAILLES, Mo. (KMIZ) An escaped federal prisoner was arrested south of Versailles early Saturday. 42-year-old Joseph Uman of Kansas City was arrested yesterday by Morgan County deputies after a car chase started by the Versailles Police Department, according to the Morgan County Sheriff's Office.
