Thunder Ridge Nature Arena opens with star-studded lineup

RIDGEDALE, Mo. — Thunder Ridge Nature Arena will play host to a lineup of musical acts that includes The Ozark Mountain Daredevils next month.

On May 21, the amphitheater will host the inaugural Concert for Conservation. According to a press release from the venue, “…proceeds from the event go directly to conservation efforts to protect the land, wildlife, and natural habitats of the Ozark region.”

Country singer/songwriter Jamey Johnson headed to Camdenton

The musical lineup for the evening includes:

  • Chris Janson, Missouri native and country music singer/songwriter
  • John Anderson, the newest member of the Country Music Hall of Fame
  • The Ozark Mountain Daredevils, on their farewell tour
  • Clay Self, Big Cedar Lodge’s own Grand Ole Opry entertainer
  • The Petersens, international, award-winning bluegrass band

In addition to music, there will be a family-friendly “Fan Zone”, an air show, parachuting flag ceremony and fireworks display.

Tickets for Concert for Conservation will be available April 19 for $10 per person, and free parking provided for all guests.
