Canyon County commissioners adopt revised ordinance on land use hearing procedures
CALDWELL — The Canyon County Board of Commissioners voted to formally change part of an ordinance that details some of the board’s land use hearing procedures at a meeting Wednesday morning. The biggest change adjusts the deadline for people to submit written materials or comments for a particular land use case to 10 days before the hearing instead of 20 as originally proposed, said Sabrina Minshall, the county’s director of development services.
