Man indicted on DUI charges after Cabell County crash that killed teenager
CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A man has been indicted on charges related to a crash that killed a Cabell County teenager earlier this month, prosecutors said. Joshua Wilson, 23, of Middleport, Ohio, was indicted on charges of driving under the influence causing death and one count of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury, according to a Cabell County Prosecutor’s Office.
Cabell County Commission to consider opioid settlement funds to Recovery Point
HUNTINGTON — The Cabell County Commission will consider allocating opioid settlement funds to Recovery Point’s Huntington residential facility. Recovery Point’s Huntington residential facility is asking for help in funding a $300,000 renovation to keep its 100-bed facility from going down to a 60-bed facility and keep its West Virginia Alliance of Recovery Residences (WVARR) license.

BARBOUSVILLE, W.Va. (WCHS) — Police are asking for public assistance to identify two people accused of shoplifting from a Cabell County department store. The Barboursville Police Department posted surveillance photos to social media Wednesday showing two people and a vehicle suspected to be involved in the theft of $1,000 in merchandise from a Kohl's location at the Huntington Mall.
