LV Collective, Peninsula Investments to Break Ground on 922-Bed Development Near Texas A&M University
College Station, Texas — A joint venture between LV Collective and Peninsula Investments is set to break ground on Rambler Northgate, a 922-bed student housing development located at 725 University Drive near the Texas A&M University campus in College Station. Scheduled for completion in summer 2028, the community will rise 24 stories and span 761,444 square feet. The development will offer 342 units in one-, two, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom configurations with bed-to-bath parity. Shared amenities are set to include a resort-style pool with multiple hot tubs; co-working space with private study rooms; a fitness center with a yoga studio, sauna and cold plunge; an integrated Daydreamer café; and a multi-sport simulator and Jumbotron. UMB is providing construction financing for the project. The development team includes Oz Architecture, JE Dunn, Variant Collaborative and Site Design Group. The project is the second of three student housing developments planned for the larger Legacy Point mixed-use development currently underway by Culpepper Realty Co.
