Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Edenesque, a plant-based dairy startup is moving its headquarters from the Hudson Valley to Buffalo following a $175,000 investment from Launch NY. The company was started by Leslie Woodward, who spent 20 years as a chef in New York City. Edenesque works with local companies Elmhurst Dairy and Sonwil Logistics, who serve as Edenesque's distribution partner.

The SPCA Serving Erie County will hold a drive-thru low-cost canine vaccine clinic Wednesday from 10 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon at the Hamburg Fairgrounds. You can get an entire vaccine package for your adult dog for $30, 6-12 week old puppies for $15, or individual vaccines at low costs.

SUNY Niagara has named Alissa Cummings as the school's new vice president. Cummings has been with the school for more than 20 years. Cummings has been serving as interim vice president since last July.
