Kissimmee Police report an arrest has been made in a March 30 shooting that occurred outside a restaurant just north of downtown Kissimmee that left an 18-year-old dead. Diaquan Doherty, 29, was arrested Wednesday, days after Kissimmee Police say they filed an arrest warrant for murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
