DAYTON, Ohio — A Dayton man has been indicted on multiple counts in connection to the fatal shooting of his 15-year-old daughter. According to Prosecuting Attorney Mat Heck, Jr., Kenneth Paul Farler III, 38, was indicted on multiple counts, including involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, endangering children and having weapons under disability.
