STARKVILLE – Domestic violence call leads to felony drug and weapons charges for Starkville man out on bond for a 2023 Macon homicide. Starkville police responded Sunday May 12 to a reported domestic disturbance at the intersection of Louisville Street and Lynn Lane involving Maxie Chandler, 30, of Macon, and another individual. After diffusing the domestic situation, police charged Chandler with possession of weapon by a felon, trafficking a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of controlled substance. Officers initially responded to the report of a domestic disturbance at the intersection of Louisville Street and Lynn Lane involving Chandler and another individual.
