Duluth Marshall baseball narrowly secures comeback victory over Hermantown
On Wednesday the Duluth Marshall baseball team narrowly secured victory over Hermantown earning the 3-2 comeback win at Wade Stadium. The Hawks would score twice right away in the top of the first with River Freeman and Jimmy Bartsch each driving in one run. The Hilltoppers wouldn’t respond until the bottom of the third, when Max Berrisford brought in Carter Boos to start their scoring. Boos would tally the win in relief.

VIRGINIA—The Rock Ridge baseball team gave up a few too many extra outs in the fourth inning and it spelled disaster for them on Monday as the Wolverines fell to visiting Esko 10-0 in five innings. The Grand Rapids/Greenway girls lacrosse team earned their seventh straight win defeating Hermantown/Proctor 14-4 at Hermantown High School Tuesday night. Mercury Bischoff scored with seconds left in the first quarter to put the Lightning up 6-0. The Stealth broke onto the board early in the second quarter with their first goal coming from Lexi Hoops.
