TUSCOLA, Ill. (WAND) - Cicadas are emerging across central Illinois and one local art gallery is celebrating the historical event. This year, people are noticing the rare albino cicada, and the 2 broods that haven't been seen in over 200 years. To celebrate, The Vault Art Gallery in Tuscola is hosting the Cicada Palooza.

It was after repairs started she realized to what extent. Now, Flesor said the bill is too steep and she’s reaching out for help.
