Missing Springfield man found dead in Camden County
A man who was recently reported as missing was found dead near a golf course on July 24. Brent L. Johnson, 58, of Springfield, was reported missing by his family on Monday morning. Camden County Deputies responded to Old Kinderhook Golf Course near the Lake of the Ozarks to investigate.
CRIME STOPPERS: Woman wanted on drug, firearms charges
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - The Greater Springfield Area Crime Stoppers hopes you’ll help them catch Renee Christine Malin. A warrant is out for the arrest of Malin, 33, on charges of drug possession and unlawful possession of a firearm. Malin is approximately five feet, five inches tall, weighs 120 pounds., and has brown hair and brown eyes.

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -A man is in custody after police say he stole copper wire from a business. A passerby saw the suspect inside the fence at a car sales lot in the 800 block of South Glenstone Friday morning. Police chased the man on a bicycle to the 1800 block of East Cherry where they took him into custody. Police say the man had copper wire.
