SHREWSBURY — Shrewsbury Police Department reported two separate incidents involving threats with firearms on May 14, leading to the arrest of two men. Weathervane stolen from White River Junction train station 40 years ago returned
HARTFORD, Vt. — The White River Junction Train Station had a steam locomotive and coal tender weathervane on the roof cast in copper. It was made by W.A. Snow Iron Works Inc. of Boston in 1910. According to the state, it sat on the roof until November 1983, when it was stolen.
