San Francisco man identified in deadly drowning at Woodward Reservoir in Stanislaus County
OAKDALE, Calif. — A man who died after drowning at Woodward Reservoir, not far from Oakdale, was identified Monday. The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office said deputies responded to reports of a swimmer struggling and distressed around 1:50 p.m. Sunday. The man, later identified as 24-year-old San Francisco resident Oscar Rafael Coello-Flores, was swimming near Mountain View Point.
