According to the latest update from the National Weather Service, skies are slated to open up before 11 am today with a strong likelihood of showers and the possibility of a thunderstorm, followed by a higher chance after 5 pm. Man arrested after allegedly choking, kicking pregnant girlfriend
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A soon-to-be father is in custody after his pregnant girlfriend said he nearly killed her during an argument on Wednesday in Nashville. According to the arrest affidavit, officers responded to a domestic situation and spoke with a woman who fled her home to hide from her, now ex-boyfriend. She told officers that she and 36-year-old Allon Adams were in an argument when he smacked her, leaving an abrasion on her face, the affidavit states.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - With the hot summer months looming, Nashville has yet to see temperatures soaring into the 90s, but that could change soon. On average, Nashville’s first 90-degree date is May 27. However, that doesn’t mean the hot weather can’t hit us sooner or later. The earliest we’ve ever seen a 90-degree date in the calendar year was on April 9, 2011, and the latest we’ve seen a 90-degree date for the summer season was July 5, 1893.

Morgan Wallen Won’t Appear in Court for Controversial April Arrest
