St. Peters man charged with felony domestic assault in Warren County

A St. Peters man is facing felony charges in Warren County after allegedly headbutting a woman in the face and choking her, according to online court records. Matthew Potter was charged Tuesday, Nov. 3, with felony second-degree domestic assault and felony third-degree domestic assault following an incident the previous day.
