Boshears, Elliott re-elected as officers
The monthly meeting of the City of Sulphur Springs Downtown Revitalization Board was held on July 16 at noon Sulphur Springs Municipal Building, 201 South Davis St. With Robin Boshears presiding as DRB chair, the agenda included a discussion and action on the election of a new chair and vice chair. A motion to reelect Boshears as chair was made by Butch Burney and seconded by Mike Elliott. A motion to re-elect Mike Elliott as vice-chair was made by Phyllis Roundtree and seconded by Boshears. With none opposed, both nominations were accepted. A motion to accept the minutes from the May 7, 2023 board meeting was made, seconded and approved.
