By Elizabeth Flores, USA TODAY,
The Boston Celtics had another dominant performance in Game 2 against the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals and will now head to Gainbridge Fieldhouse for Game 3 on Saturday. The Pacers, on the other hand, will be looking to turn the tide in their favor as they host the next two games.
With a stellar 126-110 victory in Game 2, the Boston Celtics — led by the outstanding Jaylen Brown who achieved a career playoff high of 40 points, and with Jayson Tatum and Derrick White also making significant contributions with 23 points each, have taken a commanding 2-0 lead.
Despite the loss, Pascal Siakam had an impressive performance for Indiana with 28 points while Andrew Nembhard recorded 16 points. Now, the Pacers are looking to battle back in the series as they host Game 3 and Game 4 of the series.
Staff writes: "The Celtics are 6-4 against the spread and 9-1 overall in their last 10 contests. Boston and its opponents have combined to score an average of 210.7 points over its last 10 games, 13.3 less than the 224 over/under in this matchup."
