Boonsboro's Tanner Halling headlines 2023-24 All-Washington County wrestling

Here are The Herald-Mail's 2023-24 All-Washington County high school wrestling selections:

Wrestler of the Year

Tanner Halling, Boonsboro

Halling, a junior, capped his undefeated season by capturing the Class 2A-1A state title at 126 pounds after winning his third straight West region championship and third straight county title. He scored bonus points in 46 of his 48 bouts.

All-Washington County First Team

Nicky Anderson, Williamsport

Anderson, a senior, placed fourth at states in 2A-1A after finishing fourth in the West region and first in the county at 120 pounds.

Season record: 48-6

Career record: 112-23

Luke Frazee, North Hagerstown

Frazee, a senior, wrestling for the first time since ninth grade, placed first in the county and second in the 4A-3A West region at 157 pounds. He advanced to the state quarterfinals before suffering an injury.

Season record: 36-5

Career record: 39-6

Adin Hastings, Williamsport

Hastings, a junior, won county and 2A-1A West region titles before finishing second at states at 190 pounds. He led the county in total wins.

Season record: 49-2

Career record: 130-7

Camden Hull, Williamsport

Hull, a senior, won county and 2A-1A West region titles at 132 pounds. He went 2-2 at states, finishing a win shy of the podium.

Season record: 45-5

Career record: 116-24

Ben Kaetzel, Williamsport

Kaetzel, a sophomore, overcame an injury during the season to win a county title and place sixth in 2A-1A West at 175 pounds, finishing with an .800 winning percentage.

Season record: 32-8

Career record: 48-24

Garcia Ndosa-Kadiobo, North Hagerstown

Ndosa-Kadiobo, a senior, placed sixth at states in 4A-3A after finishing third in the West region and first in the county at 285 pounds.

Season record: 28-8

Career record: 55-27

Trevor Sowers, Boonsboro

Sowers, a junior, placed third at states in 2A-1A after finishing third in the West region and first in the county at 165 pounds.

Season record: 47-4

Career record: 118-19

Moses Warui, Saint James

Warui, a senior, placed sixth at the independent-school state tournament and was the Mid-Atlantic Conference champion at 113 pounds.

Season record: 42-10

Career record: 80-33
