HENRY COUNTY, TN — A 75-year-old man from Paris, Tennessee reportedly died in Kentucky Lake over the weekend. According to a news release from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency, they responded to a report of an unconscious man found in the water near a boat on Kentucky Lake. The report was made on Sunday, May 19 around 10 a.m.
Community search planned for missing former high school basketball coach
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The White County Sheriff’s Office is holding a community search for a Sparta man who has been missing since early May. On Tuesday, May 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., WCSO is holding a search for former high school basketball coach Roy Whited. Whited was last seen on May 3 near Lovejoy Road in Sparta. He was wearing a beige shirt and cowboy boots.
