Semi-truck fire closes I-65 ramp in Franklin
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A semi-truck fire has closed an exit ramp on Interstate 65 in Franklin Tuesday afternoon, according to the Franklin Police Department. Police said the I-65 North exit ramp to Murfreesboro Road is shut down due to the fire. Multiple crews are on scene working the incident.
Neil Young concert in Franklin postponed due to inclement weather
The Neil Young concert scheduled for Wednesday evening at FirstBank Amphitheater in Franklin has been postponed due to inclement weather. FirstBank Amphitheater issued a statement on their Instagram, saying, "This just in: For the safety of the fans, Neil Young & Crazy Horse show in Franklin, TN @firstbankamp has been rescheduled to May 9 due to severe weather conditions. Neil Young & Crazy Horse look forward to performing tomorrow evening.
