Berwick man arrested for allegedly harboring fugitive
Berwick, Pa. — A man is facing charges after he hid a woman in his apartment who was running from police, according to charges. Officer Joshua Lowery was on patrol on March 21 at 3:30 p.m. when he spotted Ashley Lopez walking on the sidewalk on Orange Street in Berwick. Assault, threat charges dismissed against Stillwater man
WILKES-BARRE — Assault charges were dismissed against Michael Shales, 48, who was accused of threatening a woman with a rifle in Huntington Township earlier this year. State police at Shickshinny charged Shales after a woman, 47, claimed he threatened to kill her with a rifle on Bonnieville Road on Jan. 28, according to a news release.

Berwick, Pa. — A Berwick man was arrested after he groped a young girl inside her home, police say.
