A former gas station employee is accused of committing a series of lottery ticket thefts, totaling $60,000 stolen from the store and the Iowa Lottery. 39-year-old Heather Wilson of Ottumwa was charged with ongoing criminal conduct (Class B felony), two counts of first-degree theft (Class C felony), and eight counts of lottery fraud (Class D felony).
