FARGO & WEST FARGO, N.D. – Construction has begun on interstates 29 and 94. Concrete is being repaired on eastbound I-94 leading to one lane being open between Veterans Boulevard and I-29. Work will move east to the Red River as construction progresses and shift to westbound lanes when that’s done. The speed limit is 40 miles per hour.
