LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police warn the public not to approach two teens that escaped from a Bell County group home. In a release, KSP said Post 10 in Harlan was looking for Jeremiah Fulton, a 17-year-old from Albany, Ky. and Bailin Milliner, a 16-year-old from Shepherdsville, Ky.

HARLAN, Ky. (WYMT) - A multi-year project will be celebrated on Saturday when Harlan County unveils free public wi-fi downtown. “The day and age we live in now, its hard to do anything without highspeed broadband,” said Judge-Executive Dan Mosley. “When you think of a downtown setting and how much business takes place in downtown, people having access to highspeed broadband is essential to be able to do business.”
Search warrant leads to drug bust in Harlan Co.
HARLAN CO., Ky. (WYMT) - Three people were arrested after police reportedly found them trafficking drugs. On Tuesday, deputies with the Harlan County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a home on Hal Street in Cawood. Police arrested one suspect after he tried to get away on foot.

ROGERSVILLE — Organizers announced this week that the former "Ride Like Hale" bicycle will return under a new name on Aug. 10 with 21-mile, 36-mile and 62-mile rides. Jim Williams appointed Mount Carmel Municipal Judge
The Mount Carmel Board of Mayor and Aldermen unanimously approved Attorney Jim Williams last week to complete the remaining two months of former Municipal Judge Terry Risner’s term. Williams is the owner of Jim Williams and Associates of Kingsport. He has almost 30 years of experience practicing law. Risner was removed from the position in March after having his license to practice law in Tennessee suspended. ...
