Wawa in NC: 10 stores by end of 2024; 🥨 90 stores in 10 years
Representatives of Pennsylvania-based gas station and convenience store chain Wawa updated expansion plans for North Carolina on Wednesday. The first store will open Thursday in Kill Devil Hills, with additional outlets planned for Rocky Mount, Elizabeth City, Greenville, Wilson and Goldsboro by the end of 2024. Over the next 10 years, the chain plans to reach a total of 90 outlets statewide.

Goldsboro’s Lewis Sees Time on “The Voice” Come to an End
LOS ANGELES — Goldsboro native Tae Lewis’ resilient run to the semifinals of NBC’s “The Voice” came to an end on Tuesday evening. Lewis, who now resides in Nashville, was one of five contestants who had not received enough votes from viewers to advance to the finals.
