BURLINGTON – Aiden Benda and Javean Davis captured 4th place at the Southeast Conference boys' tennis tournament Wednesday in Burlington. The event was originally set for Thursday, but organizers wanted to avoid projected storms and get the event in so it was moved to Wednesday which caused a conflict for some tennis players who also play golf for the Bloodhounds.

FORT MADISON – Caleb Larson shot a 9-over par 81 to lead Central Lee to second place at the SEI Superconference golf tournament Wednesday at Sheaffer Memorial Golf course. Mylan Lowenberg shot an 85 and Carter Jones carded an 87 as the Hawks scored 344 to finish 20 points behind Mediapolis who captured the tournament title.
