Fall-Like Day Monday
Temperatures won't get out of the mid 60s on Monday with limited sunshine early in the day expected to give way to overcast conditions for much of the afternoon. While a passing shower or two is possible, much of the day will be on the dry side. Partial sunshine will return on Tuesday with highs in the mid 60s. Warmer temperatures will return by Wednesday with highs close to 80.

Military, Veterans Offered Free Tickets to Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen at WGI
WATKINS GLEN, NY (WENY) -- People serving in the military, as well as veterans are invited to attend a race at Watkins Glen International next weekend. A military and veterans appreciation event will be held at WGI on Sunday, June 23rd for the Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen race. The appreciation event will be hosted in the Lot 5 parking area at the race track, from 8AM to 3PM. All military personnel and veterans, along with one guest, will be admitted free of charge.

Driver dies after pickup crashes into building; medical emergency suspected
12PM UPDATE -- The Chemung County Sheriff's office release more information regarding Wednesday morning's crash in Horseheads. According to authorities, the driver is identified as 61-year-old Michael Vargo, who has passed away. The Sheriff's Office states a preliminary investigation indicates that Vargo suffered a cardiac event while driving the pickup truck, causing it to go off the shoulder of Old Ithaca Road and into the building.
