Reno mayor's GPS tracker lawsuit grinds on with no end in sight
A judge has ordered the latest dispute in the yearslong GPS tracker lawsuit involving Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve to be sent to the discovery commissioner — again — to weigh in. But the case alleges McNeely trespassed when he placed the device, which would've been illegal. The same device was placed on both vehicles at different times, according to police. Beadles says he hired McNeely to investigate the two public officials to see if they were engaged in misconduct. No allegations
