SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Happy Sunday! The hot and sunny weather stays with us to start the new work week as high pressure continues to move eastward across the region! Temperatures will rise into the low to mid 90′s for most of the area tomorrow again with the humidity making it feel a couple of degrees higher than the actual temperatures. We will be continuously receiving southerly flow from now until the middle of the week and that will cause feels-like temperatures to reach even higher!

Old Minden Road interchange to be closed for months as part of I-20 rehab
BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA) — Ongoing work on Interstate 20 in Bossier City soon will call for reconstructing one of the interchanges along the route. The I-20 on- and off-ramps at Louisiana Highway 72 (Old Minden Road) will be closed May 29-Aug. 7. This closure is to allow the contractor to remove the existing pavement and roadway base and replace it with a new base and concrete, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
