[Concert Review] TEN Makes His Stunning Return to Texas
The return of TEN to Texas has been a long time coming. His last visit was in 2019 with SuperM, making his arrival in Dallas on October 29 a particularly exciting occasion. This time, however, he returned as a solo artist, giving fans the opportunity to experience his artistry in an entirely different setting. The Studio at The Bomb Factory in downtown Dallas was completely sold out, with the crowd packed from the front barricade all the way to the venue doors. When Ten finally took the stage, the screams were absolutely deafening. It was a warm welcome for an artist whose Texas fans had waited years to see him again.

Vasari Is the Historic Preservation Game Changer We’ve Been Waiting For
Historic preservation is undervalued in Dallas in general and the Park Cities in particular. Highland Park and University Park have seen the loss of many important historic homes. Until now, no one has done much more than complain on social media. I’m happy to report a game changer has entered the picture.

You’re in for More Than Candy on Swiss Avenue This Halloween
Halloween is a big deal in East Dallas, and there is no neighborhood that celebrates it with more creativity than the Swiss Avenue Historic District. It became such an important holiday here that in 1986 former state lawmaker Harryette Ehrhardt led a group of neighbors in establishing trick-or-treating on Swiss Avenue as a legitimate neighborhood event.

Denton's 1977-built senior center sits inside a 100-year FEMA floodplain, where major storms could bring three feet of water into the building, according to the city's director of capital projects. That flood risk, combined with cramped space at the South Branch Library, pushed the Denton City Council to unanimously direct staff this week to move forward with brand-new locations for both facilities.
