Fatal Hit-Run Ronkonkoma Crash: 21-Year-Old Woman ID'd
The incident happened at around 3:20 a.m. Monday, May 20, in Ronkonkoma near the intersection of Ronkonkoma Avenue and Third Street. Suffolk County Police said Elyse Crivaro, of Holbrook, was walking across Ronkonkoma Avenue when she was struck by a southbound car. The vehicle, described as a dark colored sedan, fled the scene.

Man Seriously Injured in Blue Point Single-Vehicle Crash, Cops Say
Suffolk County Police Fifth Squad detectives are investigating a single-vehicle crash that seriously injured a man in Blue Point on Sunday, May 19. A man driving a 2021 Jeep Wrangler eastbound on Montauk Highway veered off the roadway and struck a curb at Division Avenue at approximately 9 p.m. The vehicle continued eastbound, struck a telephone pole, and overturned multiple times.
