Softball Game Recap: Bell Takes a Loss
Bell fell victim to Garfield and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 12-0 to the Garfield Bulldogs. Bell has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games. For Garfield's part, Frankie Andujo and Bella Garcia did most of the damage at the plate: Andujo went 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs, and a double, while Garcia went 2-for-2 with a home run, two runs, and two RBI. Garcia is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Mia Negrete, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
