Drug recovery clinics in New Hampshire, Vermont closed after owner indicted on federal charges
MANCHESTER, N.H. — A network of clinics for people struggling with substance use is now closed after the owner was indicted on federal charges. New England Medicine and Counseling Associates locations in Manchester, Newport, Rochester, Grantham, and two in Vermont have closed, which comes after the owner, Dr. Adnan S. Khan, was indicted.
