TAMPA, Fla. — A month after Tijuana Flats filed for bankruptcy, the Florida Tex-Mex chain has revealed which locations are closing. Along with the Chapter 11 bankruptcy announcement, the company shared in April that it was also under new ownership — it's now owned by Flatheads, LLC instead of TJF USA, LLC.
