CPS buys 16,000 'phone pouches' to lock student's phones away after successful test run
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - It's time to put your cell phone in a pouch. That'll be the order to thousands of Cincinnati Public Schools students once school starts back up. The plan is that every student from 7th to 12th grade will have a pouch.
