(Otter Tail County, MN)--One person is injured in a crash early Tuesday morning in Otter Tail County. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash took place in Oscar Township. A Mercedes C sedan, driven by Lloyd Donkor, 47, of Lakeville, was traveling westbound on Interstate 94 when it entered the median, crossed the eastbound lanes and came to rest in the south ditch.
