Hillsboro, Oregon, is set to welcome a change in the booze biz, as DaNellCo LLC has tipped its hand with an application for a Change-of-Ownership Full On-Premises liquor license for its establishment, Home Brew & ABV Public House. Nestled at 5676 NE Clara Lane, this local haunt is taking a step further into the spirits trade, the Hillsboro Police Department confirmed.

Magna Kubo, the Beaverton lechonería named one of the metro area’s best new restaurant’s of 2023, has closed. The restaurant, which opened last June on Southwest Broadway Street in the suburb’s resurgent Central Beaverton core, had called the closure an “extended break” in a social media post earlier this month.
