Blue October to tour Foiled 20th anniversary in Texas
DALLAS, TX (KDAF) – Houston-based rock band Blue October is bringing its 20th Anniversary World Tour for the album “Foiled” to the United States. The tour begins in Texas with concerts at The Paramount in Abilene on Oct. 22 and at The Buddy Holly venue in Lubbock on Oct. 23.

Last week, we rounded up some of Abilene's most popular burger joints , ranging from long-time community staples to new modern dining concepts captivating the area. Then we asked our readers to pick their favorite and vote to determine which Abilene burger joint is the best. After a long week of voting and with a little over 400 participants, the poll has closed, and we officially have a winner. With 176 votes (43.6%), Larry's Better Burger Drive-In has taken the crown as Abilene's best burger joint. Coming in second is Lucy's Big Burgers with 112 votes (27.8%), and in third is Texas Flaming Grill with 73 votes (18.1%). He has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, received his first set of vaccines and still needs to be neutered before going home with a new family.
