DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - The DeKalb Humane Society shares it is raising funds for a dog injured after being struck by a car. According to the DeKalb Humane Society, a dog named Scarlett was seen by the Animal Care Clinic in Auburn on Saturday, May 18, after DeKalb Humane Society staff reported she had been struck by a car.
