FULTON, Mo. (KMIZ) A chiropractor of a Fulton health clinic that burned down in April announced his retirement in a Thursday social media post. Total Health and Rehabilitation Center -- in the 700 block of South Business 54 in Fulton -- burned down in a fire on April 29. No injuries were reported.
