LCM (50 meters) 16 year old Madi Mintenko posted a huge swim on night 3 in Austin winning the 100 fly in a 58.73. That was a big personal best for the Virginia commit (2025) as her old best time was a 1:00.25 that she swam just last week at the Colorado State Championships. Mintenko’s time sits at #15 15-16 age group all-time, notably two spots ahead of new World Record holder in the event Gretchen Walsh who swam a 58.84 in 2019.
