Warsaw extended its winning streak to eight on Saturday with an offensive burst, defeating Rochester 18-8 in six innings. The Tigers are now 14-5 this spring. A day after giving his team a walk-off win, Cohen Heady continued to see it well at the plate, going 3-4 with two doubles and four runs driven in. Grady Nelson had three RBIs and a double of his own. Hunter Dippon and Kellan Bailey each drove in two runs, with Bailey going 3-4. Oliver Nisen struck out four and gave up no runs over three innings of work.

Culver Academies was led to victory by Ty Rakan, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Saturday. Rakan wasn't messing around , striking out seven batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. The pitching appearance was his fifth straight with two or fewer walks.
