PHILLIPSBURG | The town’s Department of Public Works said in an alert it has scheduled special curbside pick-up services starting Tuesday for brush due to recent severe storms. The pick-up schedule will be between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Brush must be placed at the curb in the following manner: Cut to lengths of not more than 4-6 feet, no branches more than 4 inches in diameter, and place butt ends of branches toward the road.
