Three Middlesboro Yellowjackets sign for college cheer
MIDDLESBORO, Ky. (WYMT) - Three Middlesboro High School seniors signed to cheer with Lincoln Memorial University on Wednesday, May 15. Ryleigh Ausmus is on the left, Alexus Marsee is in the middle, and Shelby Vaughn is on the right. The three seniors will compete on the Division II level.
Baseball Recap: Oakdale picks up fourth straight win at home
Oakdale had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs), and they went ahead and made it 11 on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Washburn Pirates as they made off with a 12-1 victory. Oakdale's win was all the more impressive since Washburn was averaging only 3.68 runs allowed on the season.
